Learn how to build a strong foundation for your plant-based journey. Danni will teach you how to stock your kitchen, read food labels, grocery shop efficiently, and plan meals that are nourishing and affordable.
11:30 AM | Cooking Demo – Chickpea “Tuna” & Kale Salad
Watch and taste as Danni walks you through how to make quick, satisfying, and protein-packed meals. You’ll sample these dishes for lunch — fresh, flavorful, and 100% plant-based.
12:00 PM | Lunch Break
Enjoy your freshly prepared lunch while connecting with like-minded individuals who share your passion for better health and good food.
1:00 PM | Educational Session #2 – Dining Out Vegan
Learn practical tips for eating out, navigating menus, and staying on track while still enjoying life.
2:00 PM | Cooking Class – The Main Event
Roll up your sleeves! Together, you’ll make a show-stopping dinner — like a rich Vegan Lasagna or Creamy Veggie Pasta. You’ll prep, layer, and build your dish to take home, while Danni bakes hers for everyone to enjoy together.
3:00 PM | Dinner & Closing
Sit down to share a meal, reflect on the day, and soak in the flavors (and community) of your new plant-based lifestyle.
